Fotoqrafika is an independent photography magazine and curatorial platform dedicated to creative visual storytelling. Founded in Azerbaijan in 2011, it brings together photographic projects by professional and emerging photographers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

Fotoqrafika is published quarterly, with four seasonal issues each year: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn.

No. Fotoqrafika does not currently offer a magazine subscription. Each digital issue is available individually and free of charge.

We publish strong and coherent photographic projects, series, and visual narratives. We are interested in work with a clear artistic vision, conceptual coherence, and thoughtful execution, rather than isolated individual images.

We look for work that demonstrates visual strength, coherence, and a distinctive approach. Projects are considered both on their own merits and in relation to the editorial direction of a particular issue.

Yes. We accept submissions from professional and emerging photographers worldwide. Submissions are free, and submitting work does not guarantee publication. Please see our Submission Guidelines for complete requirements and instructions.

Yes. Alongside photographic projects, Fotoqrafika publishes interviews, visual essays, editorial articles, thematic features, and other photography-related content.

Yes. In addition to the free digital editions, Fotoqrafika is available as a print-on-demand edition for readers and collectors who want a physical copy.

Print editions are produced on demand. They are an optional physical extension of the digital magazine, rather than a replacement for the free digital edition.
